I believe the purpose of learning and development is to connect the vision of leadership with the daily realities of frontline staff. It’s not just about teaching the how—it’s about helping people understand the why. When that connection is clear, teams are more aligned, more confident, and more capable of moving the organization forward.
At its core, meaningful teaching is the heart of effective leadership. It’s the ability to translate strategy into clarity, to shape culture through shared understanding, and to meet people where they are without losing sight of where they’re going. My role in L&D has often placed me at the intersection of executive vision and employee experience—helping build systems, trainings, and tools that not only serve a business goal, but also empower people to do their best work.
In every initiative, I’ve seen that learning becomes most impactful when it’s personal, purposeful, and positioned within the bigger picture. That’s the work I love—and the work I continue to pursue.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built onboarding programs for 1,500+ employees, developed learning tools used by hundreds of students, and launched platforms that both teach and inspire. I bring calm clarity, a strong design instinct, and a storytelling approach to everything I create.
My career spans higher education and property management, but my focus has always been the same: make learning meaningful, engaging, and actionable. I’m not just a content creator—I’m a communicator, a presenter, and someone who understands that delivery is just as important as the message.
As organizations evolve, so must the way we learn. I approach every project with curiosity, humility, and a focus on long-term impact—asking not just what people need to know today, but how we can build the habits, systems, and mindsets that will sustain growth tomorrow. Whether I’m launching a new platform, facilitating leadership development, or evaluating program success, I see L&D as a lever for progress—one that, when used thoughtfully, has the power to shape not just performance, but culture.
Along the way, I had the opportunity to study at the Harvard Graduate School of Education—widely recognized as the top institution for advancing educational thought and leadership. There, I received world-class training in learning design, systems thinking, and human development, and was honored to be nominated as the Marshal for my class. The experience sharpened my ability to think critically, coach effectively, and build experiences that truly resonate with people.
Over the past decade, I’ve built onboarding programs for 1,500+ employees, developed learning tools used across multiple universities, and launched platforms that both teach and inspire. I bring calm clarity, a strong design instinct, and a storytelling approach to everything I create.
What ties it all together is a deep belief that learning should feel both relevant and empowering. I don’t just build content—I build experiences that spark momentum. Whether I’m working with executives to align on strategic goals or designing microlearning for frontline teams, I bring the same mindset: one that prioritizes clarity, curiosity, and measurable impact. My goal is always the same—to help people do their best work, and to help organizations move forward, one learning moment at a time.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and dad. My wife—who also has a background in education—is my greatest teammate, and together we’re raising three of the best distractions life has to offer: our curious 3-year-old son, our sweet newborn daughter, and our overly enthusiastic dog.
We love traveling as a family and spend as much time as we can outdoors—camping, hiking, and exploring new places. Whether we’re off on an adventure or just trying to keep the toddler from teaching the baby how to bark, life at home is full—and full of joy.
When we’re not on the move, I’m usually in the kitchen cooking dinner, planning our next family trip, or out walking the dog while the kids wind down for the night. Bedtime stories are my department—complete with character voices—while my wife takes the lead on any construction or DIY projects. We balance each other well, and our home is a mix of routines, laughter, and the kind of small adventures that make life feel big.
